1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account you create on kaca4d to access our gaming services.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a Player on sports events, casino games, lottery draws, or other gaming products offered on the Platform.

• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's kaca4d Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use kaca4d's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a kaca4d account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid identification documents when requested.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kaca4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You must provide the following upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP or Passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. kaca4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

kaca4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposit requirements:

• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing fees
• Processing time: Most deposits are credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB)

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) per day
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before the first withdrawal
• Processing time: 1-4 hours during business hours, up to 24 hours on weekends and public holidays
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification for security purposes
• kaca4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals (over Rp 10.000.000)

3.3 Fees

kaca4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Players who deposit and immediately request withdrawal without placing any bets may have their accounts flagged for suspicious activity and may be required to complete enhanced verification procedures.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by kaca4d are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically require wagering between 20x and 40x the bonus amount before withdrawal
• Minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses

4.2 Bonus Abuse

kaca4d reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds
• Exploiting software errors or loopholes in bonus mechanics

Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited.

4.3 Promotional Changes

kaca4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect players who have already opted in and met the qualifying criteria before the change was made.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

For all sports betting markets:

• All bets are accepted based on the odds and lines displayed at the time of bet placement
• bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies
• In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided
• If a match is abandoned after kickoff, settlement depends on the specific sport's official rules

• kaca4d reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion

5.2 Casino Games

For live casino and slot games:

• All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes
• Game results are final once the round is completed
• In the event of technical malfunction, all affected game rounds are void and stakes refunded
• Maximum win per game round varies by game provider and is displayed in the game rules

5.3 Lottery Games (Togel)

For togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery game) and other lottery products:

• Draw times and results are based on official lottery draw schedules
• Bets must be placed before the published cutoff time for each draw
• Results are final once officially announced by the lottery provider
• Payout odds are determined by the type of bet (2D, 3D, 4D) and market selection

5.4 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors in odds display or bet acceptance
• Events cancelled or abandoned (subject to sport-specific rules)
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., incorrect odds caused by system malfunction)
• Duplicate bets placed due to system error

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kaca4d:

• Creating multiple accounts (maximum one account per person)
• Using VPN, proxy, or other methods to hide or manipulate your location
• Collusion with other players or dealers in live casino games
• Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means
• Money laundering or using kaca4d for illegal financial transactions
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes after receiving gaming services
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other players
• Sharing account credentials with third parties

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

• All pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes
• Any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method
• Active bonuses and promotional balances will be forfeited

8.2 Involuntary Account Closure

kaca4d reserves the right to close or suspend any account at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has violated these Terms & Conditions
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity
• The player's account shows signs of problem gambling behavior
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• The player has provided false or misleading information

In cases of involuntary closure for Terms violations, kaca4d reserves the right to forfeit all account balances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount of funds in your account at the time of the incident
• We are not responsible for losses incurred due to gambling activities or gambling addiction

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kaca4d platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and game content, is the property of kaca4d or our licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Players may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding in any unauthorized manner
• Create derivative works based on our platform or content

11. Disputes and Complaints
